Who reads Cstrck
Our readers are trying to understand a court process, usually their own or a family member's. Many are in South Carolina, especially Horry County and the Grand Strand. Others are self-represented litigants, law-firm clients checking what a term means, and people researching public court records. We're a young publication and we won't quote traffic numbers we can't back up. Ask us for current figures and we'll share what our analytics actually show.
Ad formats
- Leaderboard (728×90): below the navigation and between article sections.
- Square (300×250): in sidebars and inside long articles, never closer than one paragraph to another ad.
- Skyscraper (160×600): a sticky sidebar slot on desktop screens.
- Sponsored articles: clearly labeled "Sponsored" at the top, held to the same accuracy rules as everything else we publish.
What we won't run
No ads styled as case alerts, no mugshot or background-check services, no content that implies private access to court records, and nothing that promises a legal outcome. Legal-service ads must follow the South Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct that apply to lawyer advertising.
Editorial independence
Advertisers don't see, shape or approve our explainers. A sponsor can't buy a change to a Case Note, a link inside one without disclosure, or a softer description of any court process.
